That deceptively simple request became the generative idea behind every design decision we made.

The building's orientation was calculated to the degree — not just for energy performance, but to choreograph the movement of light through the four-storey volume.

The primary structure is expressed concrete — hand-formed and finished with a board-mark texture that holds shadow beautifully. Against this weight, we positioned structural glass elements that create moments of radical transparency.

The result was awarded the Indian Architectural Excellence Award in 2024.
